For over 40 years at Ramon, we have always viewed the claims handling as our shop window. We pride ourselves on viewing the world through the eyes of our clients and keep true to important tenets that may be neglected elsewhere.

Our philosophy and aims:

  • We react quickly to the advice of a possible claim and offer guidance on the process that lies ahead.
  • We issue prompt advice to Insurers to allow them to issue instructions, initiate surveys or investigations and appoint service providers, with the aim to resolve a claim at the earliest opportunity
  • We work closely with you to gather, as quickly and simply as possible, all of the information and documentation that Insurers or Loss Adjusters will need in the examination of the claim.
  • We keep you up to date on the status of a claim and ensure you understand the next steps. Communication from all parties is essential.
  • Throughout the claim process, our aim is to ensure that the policyholder receives a fair outcome as the continuation of your business or the running of your home with the minimum of disruption is our objective.
